A Professional Speaker, Author, Spiritual Director, Meditation Coach, and Spiritual Teacher, Reverend Rebecca has founded and led two congregations in the past 21 years: New Directions Community Church where she was the founding pastor, and most recently as Senior Minister/Spiritual Leader of Spiritual Light Center of Charlotte. (Now Heartlight Spiritual Center)
Rev. Rebecca has presented lectures and workshops for many nationally known organizations such as Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship, Unity, Life Spectrums, Aquarian Searchers, Visions of Tomorrow, Whole Life Expo, the Theosophical Society, and is a regular presenter at SHIFT Charlotte.
She has also been a guest speaker on numerous radio and television shows throughout the years, and profiled in Today's Charlotte Woman, and the Charlotte Observer.
While a member of The National Speaker's Association, she also presented keynotes and break out sessions at many business conventions and conferences, including Microsoft, The IRS Leadership Conference, Aeon Hewitt, Wells Fargo (then Wachovia), the National Assn. of Catering and Events (NACE), ILEA and many more.
She is a published author, and her popular Meditation CD, Instant Calm, has been selling on Amazon since 2007.
Embracing a strong message from Spirit, she made the decision to retire from the pulpit and establish the Golden Quest Mystery School in fall of 2018.
The school echoes the curriculum which Rev. Rebecca was privileged to study through Sancta Sophia Seminary with Rev. Carol Parrish-Harrah. She has also studied with a myriad of other teachers since the mid '70s, including Wayne Dyer, The Rev. Dr. Donald Curtis, Rev. Ellen Resch, Torkom Saraydarian, Caroline Myss, Dolores Cannon, Stanley Krippner, Henry Reed, and Dr. Valerie Hunt.
Rebecca is committed to developing programs that focus on bringing spiritual principles and ethics grounded in the Ageless Wisdom Teachings into all areas of our lives and communities.
